I think I'm doomed to be tired forever. Life didn't slow down after Comic Con and while I'm gradually getting moved in, my priority seems to be dicking around with all the photos now clogging my hard drive. Let me show you them.
First of all, this is

. Meeting Taylor was like, a ridiculous seizure of joy that I think I did a pretty good job of suppressing. I feel like I level up as a person every time I meet a fellow cosplayer. More so when they love Mass Effect and make pretty, pretty Mirandas. Anyway, bluh. I will continue to virtually stalk her until she files a space restraining order.

So that was awesome. Other things happened. Sean and I spent most of our time between dying and not dying on account of the early mornings. Parking plus costume prep plus the fiasco of pre-reg added some unwanted stress, but we survived. We didn't get to spend as much time in costume as we would have liked (and I was in such a rush to get dressed that my twi'lek ended up sloppier than it should have been.) What began as a group of three turned into a group of five and thusly, we ended up going nowhere for several hours. When you mix a couple of stormtroopers with two twi'leks and Han Solo, you're going to be standing still for a while during the camera fests. It's just what happens when you have a large group of costumers. As fun as it was, I regret not being able to travel beyond the exhibition hall on Friday. It was just too damn hard for us to move D:

I introduced myself to Casey Hudson, and then promptly fled before I could embarrass myself. This tends to happen when I'm in costume and surrounded by Mass Effect and ToR. Oh well.

dA had some great swag out there and I wore those damn pins whenever I could. Proudly. Now I can't remember what else happened. Congrats to all the deviants out there who made it into the BioWare Fanart Showcase! I hope you're thoroughly proud of yourselves-- you should be!
